The villa is situated in a quiet, exclusive and privately owned complex of 33 villas, the only complex of its kind in the beautiful resort of Altinkum. It's located just 5 minutes from the main beach, The complex boasts beautiful gardens and a large 20M swimming pool with attached spa and child's pool. The villa is comprised of 4 large bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 8 people: 2 double bedrooms (master bedroom with en-suite and Jacuzzi), 2 double-twin bedrooms complete with ceiling fans and large walk-out balconies. There is a large family bath on the 1st floor (with washing machine) and a ground floor bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms come complete with programmable air conditioning.

The villa has a well equipped, bistro style kitchen including large fridge freezer, cooker with oven and hob, toaster, kettle and all quality small wares that you would come to expect. The kitchen's outstanding feature boasts a large balcony for those lovely summer morning breakfasts.

The tastefully decorated large living and dining area opens up to yet another downstairs balcony. Satellite television is included with a variety of English speaking channels as well as a DVD player.

The large roof terrace is unbelievable. It stretches the full length of the villa, ideal for those special dining evenings and sunbathing days. Complete with a beautifully designed stone barbecue, there's also an indoor kitchenette for your convenience, 2 tables, each with 4 chairs and sun bathing lounges. The roof terrace is really something special with great views, cool sea breezes and undoubtedly, a place you'll spend a lot of time relaxing.

Altinkum translated, means golden sand and you'll find just that on the beach. The Aegean Sea is warm and the water is aqua clear and calm to swim in. The beach front is bustling with bars, shops and restaurants of all types. All conveniences are easily found. There's a bevy of activities to choose from including exploring ancient ruins, fishing expeditions, boating and ferries to Greece. Altinkum is very family and child friendly, offering both an amusement and aqua park for kids. Altinkum is an established resort yet is expanding even more to include in 2009, a completed MM marina. With capacity to house 650 dry dock boats, the marina itself will house 450 boats of all sizes, including cruise ships. The anticipation of the marina has been the buzz of Altinkum and is sure to keep holiday makers returning in years to come. The villa is within close proximity to the marina and is just off the main road leading to its entrance.
