The villa is an easy 40 minute drive from Faro airport

It is very spacious with 5 double bedrooms (with single beds pushed together for doubles). The master bedroom is ensuite with ample wardrobe space and safe. There is a separate lavatory and bathroom/shower serving the two main level guest bedrooms. The two lower level guest bedrooms are both en suite.

There is a large living room with separate dining area - a large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar - a laundry room – and a daily maid except weekends. If you ask, she will sort out your washing. You do not need to take any towels (save for beach), sheets etc with you.

All living/bedrooms have sliding doors onto sunny south facing patios (with BBQ)with uninterrupted view to sea on horizon - overlooking large swimming pool which is served by its own separate changing room loo and shower.

The villa has a double garage and is set in its own 3 acres of uncultivated land. It is comprehensively and comfortably furnished.

Golf, horse riding and tennis are also available locally and there is an excellent water slide park ten minutes away. Portimao with excellent shopping and historic Silves are both within a 15 minute drive.
