Orange Tree is an ideal base to see what Orlando and the rest of Florida has to offer or for just sitting by the pool and soaking up the sunshine. Loacated on highway 27, north of its intersection with US 192. It is a private community with tennis courts and a children's play area and plenty of shops close by. Disney is 10 mins away and other main attractions are close by.

Our Villa was brand new in November 04. A luxurious, spacious villa accommodating up to 10 guests (if using the bed settee). The sitting room is large and airy with a high vaulted style ceiling, there is a separate dining room and leading from the main sitting room is a fully equipped kitchen and nook (breakfast room) with direct access to the pool side. Leading off this is the laundry room. There is a further Family Room (lounge) with TV and DVD player and plenty of games and DVDs to keep the children happy.

The vila has 4 bedrooms, the Master bedroom (Queen size bed) with walk-in closet and a beautiful en-suite with jacuzzi bath, double shower and sinks. French doors leading out to the pool, TV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 (double sized bed) has an en-suite with double shower and also has direct access to the pool side, TV and DVD player. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom in between and have twin beds in each. Linens are provided.

Our Villa is on a large corner plot. Outside there is a covered porch with table, chairs and loungers and a private pool with spa. There is a covered Lanai (mesh screen). The pool has a child safety fence around the pool.
