At the rear of the property the totally south facing 26'x12' optionally heated pool enjoys the sun all day. Surrounding the pool is an extended deck area, a covered lanai, and plenty of new deep seated lounge chairs. The deck area also has a new table and chairs for outdoor dining.

One of the two twin bedrooms is decorated and themed especially for children, and includes children's fancy dress, games, puzzles and books. All of the bedrooms are equipped with TVs together with top quality bedding and comfortable beds.
The villa is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants and is in full compliance with state safety standards. These include: use of smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and an alarm on the doors from the interior to the pool deck.
Our management company is on call should you encounter any problems with your stay, and the home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services.
