Our villa is on the Florida Pines community in the heart of Florida’s fun capital, Orlando. Just 10-15 minutes from Disney World and 20-25 minutes from Seaworld and the Universal attractions. There are also a number of top quality golf courses within a ten-minute drive. Cocoa, Daytona, St Petersburg and Clearwater beaches are also within easy reach.
The villa is an executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and fully air-conditioned property with its own heated, private, screened pool. The accommodation consists of two, equally sized and appointed Master en-suites with Queen-size beds and walk in closets. The two twin-rooms share an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV with 60 channels and radio alarm clocks. The twin rooms have an additional benefit of a ‘Playstation 2’ in each. Two games are supplied but please feel free to bring your own. The family room is fully equipped for your entertainment with DVD player 'Incredidbles DVD', Hi-Fi and Cable TV with 60 channels. The large kitchen is fully equiped with Utensils, dishwasher Fridge Freezer, Large range and microwave etc.
The pool-deck is on the western side of the villa and is soaked in sun for most of the day but also has the advantage of a shaded area (covered Lanai/Porch) for those who need a shady refuge from time to time. For those who like to swim at night the pool has underwater lighting.
There are full washing and drying facilities available, so you only need to bring the minimum amount of clothing, leaving plenty of space in your cases for presents and souvenirs!
