Built in a contemporary Andalusian style with complementing rustic furnishing, Casa Colina sleeps up to 8 people with the larger villa sleeping 6 (1 king-size double en-suite and 2 twins) and the smaller villa (separated by a charming dining/BBQ courtyard with teak dining table to seat up to 10) sleeps 2 (1 double en-suite). The living accommodation comprises; large fully equipped kitchen (in the larger villa; with gas cooking range, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, breakfast bar) and lounges in both villas furnished in a rustic style (in the larger villa; with SATtv, DVD, CD).

Outside there is a large fully enclosed private garden extending to over ¼ of an acre, 8 x 4 swimming pool with child friendly steps and comfortable loungers, patios, lawned area, private terraces, and many shaded areas to enjoy “al fresco” dining, whatever the time of day. Casa Colina ensures that you and your family can relax in peace and admire the stunning views whilst waiting for Paco the Baker to pass by each morning. Casa Colina is just 30-40 minutes from Malaga airport, the charming, yet underrated, Malaga city and the popular beaches of the Costa del Sol. The ‘pueblo blanco’ (or white village) of Almogia is just 15 minutes drive away where there are excellent small tapas bars and grocery stores. The larger village of Puerto del la Torre is also 15 minutes drive away for supermarkets, cash point machines, pharmacies etc together with many excellent Restaurants, bars and small shops. The historic sites of Granada (Al Hambra), Ronda and Seville together with the skiing resorts of the Sierra Nevada, are easily visited on a day trip. The natural wonders of the El Torcal Park and the El Chorro lakes & gorge and Fuente del Piedra are also within easy reach
