The master bedroom is furnished with beautiful Italian Queen size bed, large dresser, two night tables and large armoire. Additionally, there is an overhead remote control ceiling fan.

The third bedroom has a full size bed and overhead fan.
The forth bedroom has a day bed with a pull out bed.

LOCAL AREA DETAILS
Van Cortland Park is just minutes walk from the villa. This park offers many activities, such as, horse riding, cross country circuits, baseball, soccer, etc. It has a public swimming pool open in the summers, a golf court, lake, etc.
On Broadway/242nd ST, you will find tennis corts also open to the public.
The subway to Manhattan is a few block away.
There are buses to the subway, buses to the train station that will take you to Gran Central, express buses to the West and East side of the city and limo services.
If you are planning on renting a car, parking is available on/off the street.

There are many restaurants that will deliver to the villa.
Fine dinning is available within minutes, as well as supermarkets, beauty salons, Post Office, etc.
