Our villa is set in a larger than average plot, affording our villa maximum privacy and an amazing feeling of space. Our villa is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding who gets the master bedroom, so it is not surprising that our villa has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.
There are no villas behind ours, just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands. You won't hear any traffic noise around our villa - just the sounds of nature in the woodland beyond. The spacious air-conditioned living space totals nearly 2000 square feet with luxury tiling in the bedrooms and living areas in quality colour co-ordinated non-slip floor tiles giving that luxurious & spacious feel to make your holiday home one to remember. Perfect for alergy sufferers.
Master Bedroom 1
The first master bedroom has a 76" King sized bed, walk-in in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror, wall hung 32" HD Samsung LCD TV with 250+ Fibre-Optic Channels + 18,000 free Videos on Demand, bedside telephone. The en-suite features 'his and hers' sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer. There is direct access from this en-suite to the poolside.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom has a 60" Queen sized bed with the same bedroom furniture and features as the first master including a wall hung 32" HD Samsung LCD TV with 250+ Fibre-Optic Channels + 18,000 free Videos on Demand. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, built-in sink unit and hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
The remaining two bedrooms are both twins (2 single twin sized beds) each with walk-in wardrobes and large TV's with individual 250+ Fibre-Optic channels + 18,000 Videos on Demand and are served by the remaining bathroom (between the 2 bedrooms) with a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in sink unit.
Family Room
There is a fantastic large wall hung 46" Panasonic Plasma HD TV with 250+ Fibre-Optic Channels + 18,000 free Videos on Demand in the family room with a DVD player, Stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player, and a Nintendo Wii Games Console with 2 x MotionPlus controllers for the small and big kids. We have also provided a selection of films and Wii games for all ages, plus you can rent DVDs and Wii games from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway and Pizzeria who deliver to Highlands Reserve. There is also an additional portable CD Player to play music whilst relaxing by the pool.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Laundry Room
We have a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance, utencil, pots & pans you could possibly need during your stay. The side-by-side fridge/freezer dispenses ice and ice cold water on demand. In addition we provide a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc...
The laundry room is accessed from the kitchen and is equipped with a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board so don't bring too many clothes with you - save that space for the cheap designer clothes you can buy at the many excellent designer outlet stores.
Games Room
A recent addition is our well equipped games room which will suit all ages and includes a full sized pool table, air glide hockey table, table football and a full sized championship dartboard with score board. We even have tennis racquets & a half set of golf clubs for your personal use at the community tennis courts and excellent golf course.
Large Pool with Conservation View
Our large 24' x 13' privately screened heated pool faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening. The pool has an oversized deck with removable toddler safety screen. The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat and a perfect setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner.
At night, the porch area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - we have splendid sunsets every night.
A 6 seater table with chairs and 6 sun loungers are provided for your comfort. There is even is a smaller round table which can be used for the children or for a game of cards by the poolside.
Those little extras....
Our villa is maintained by a very responsive management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service. We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, potty and baby monitor, which are all provided free of charge. In addition for a toddler we have provided a Child Safety Rail for use on any of the twin beds.
To make your arrival less stressful, we offer a Welcome Food Pack which contains all the basic essentials. If you have any special requests like a case of beer, or a couple of bottles of wine, we will try to accommodate these. Sometimes, it is great to just settle in and relax by the pool on your first night and wait to do the shopping the following morning.
Alfreco Dining
We have provided a free luxury gas fired BBQ for use by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great to unwind on those lazy by the pool days.
10Mb Wireless DSL Internet Access
And finally for those workaholics, we have a specially built-in desk space where you can use your laptop computer to get your email and surf the web via the complimentary Super-Fast 10Mb Fibre-Optic Wireless DSL Internet Access - ideal for those of us who still need to keep their finger on the pulse. You can even use your laptop by the poolside - how's that for sheer indulgence ?
