The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining room (with sofa bed which sleeps two) and a traditional Italian kitchen with a door to the balcony, which runs all around the apartment. From the balcony you can enjoy the sun all day long.

The apartment is only one hundred meters away form the sea.The seaside facilities include sun lounge hire, beach bars and restaurants.

All your daily groceries and shopping can be done in Via Lazio itself. Pescara town centre is only ten minutes drive along the sea front, all the major designer shops, restaurants, bars and entertainments can be found there. Also a car is not essential as most things are within walking distance.
