Situated in a quiet well-established residential area our 5 bedroom villa will easily accommodate 2 large families.
There is a large swimming pool with jacuzzi/childrens pool and decking area with sunloungers for lazing in the sun. The pool backs on to conservation land so is totally private. There is a covered lanai area with large table and chairs for alfresco meals. There is also an outside shower.
Games room with table football a pool table and electronic dartboard. Golf clubs are also available.
There is a large lounge with ample comfy seating and sofa bed a TV & DVD and Hi-Fi system.
A seperate dining area for entertaining and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook for quick snacks and a seperate laundry room.
The downstairs master suite has a king size bed, TV,DVD a master bathroom with large shower cubicle, heart shaped corner bath, twin wash basins wc and walkin wardrobe with security safe.
There is a further bedroom with queen size bed and TV and 2 twin bedded rooms downstairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ample storage.
Upstairs there is a further large bedroom with its own en-suite queen size bed, TV & VCR.
All rooms have ceiling fans for additional comfort.
There are telephones in the kitchen(Wifi access)& both master bedrooms (free local calls).
All towels and linen are provided.
This is strictly a no smoking home.
